Our Classes

At On Your Toes Dance Studio, we are proud to provide a variety of classes. Our classes serve as a place to let the creativity of your dancer grow year by year. Students are placed in classes based on both age and skill level, to ensure they not only enjoy classes, but are challenged as well. Ballet

The most disciplined form of dance, ballet serves as the technical guideline for all other dance styles. On Your Toes Dance Studio is focused mainly on enhancing the student's technique and physical capabilities.

(Open to ages 2 and older)

Hip Hop

With its fast-paced, high energy movement, hip hop is the most widely known, popular dance form. Using today's hottest new music, students learn to blend "Old School" basics with the latest trends in movement.

(Open to ages 5 and older)

Tap

An extensive series of rhythms and sounds, tap is on of the most musical forms of dance. Our focus in tap class is building the student's musicality and vocabulary of sound combinations.

(Open to ages 3 and older)

Jazz

A high-energy, multi-faceted form of dance, jazz is one of the most eclectic. While utilizing various styles of music, students are encouraged to create a harmonious blend of style, technique and performance skills.

(Open to ages 7 and older)

Pointe

Dancing en pointe is the action of rising to 'tips of the toes' while performing steps from ballet technique. Also known as pointe work, it is performed using a special blocked shoe.

(Dancers will be placed on pointe at the discretion of the director)

Baton

Baton twirling is designed to promote expression of the body through dance and movement while using a single or multiple batons, requires skillful coordination and flexibility.

(Open to ages 8 and older)

OYT Dance Team

Audition to be a part of our OYT Dance Team and join us as we travel and perform at our many special events.

-Disneyland

-Walt Disney World in Florida

-Broadway in New York City

-Grand Ole Opry in Nashville

-Royal Caribbean cruise to the Bahamas

(Audition age is based on event location)
